Heritage Roof Coatings considers the roof material, condition and purpose of the clean before setting out the scope. Cleaning for presentation is different from preparation for a coating system, so the reason for the work matters.
Gutter cleaning can also be included to remove leaves and built-up debris and leave the roofline tidier.

Not every roof can be safely pressure cleaned; unsuitable surfaces may require another approach or work by an appropriate roofing trade first.

We clean suitable roofs affected by moss, lichen and general build-up. The exact approach depends on the material and condition.
Can gutter cleaning be included?
Yes. Gutter cleaning can be quoted where practical, either with roof cleaning or as part of broader roof preparation.
Will cleaning fix leaks or roof damage?
No. Cleaning is not structural repair or leak diagnosis. A damaged or leaking roof may need an appropriately licensed roofing trade.
